1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TokenStart ("the Service") at tokenx.run, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TokenStart is a non-custodial tool that helps users create and deploy Solana SPL tokens (Token-2022 standard) with metadata stored on IPFS. The Service facilitates the construction and broadcasting of blockchain transactions on your behalf.

3. Non-Custodial

TokenStart does not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet funds at any time. All transaction signing happens exclusively in your connected wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or compatible). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials.

4. Service Fees

The Service charges a fixed fee in SOL per token creation operation, disclosed before you sign any transaction. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is broadcast to the Solana blockchain. Network (gas) fees are separate and paid directly to the Solana network.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Creating a token does not guarantee any market value, liquidity, or legal compliance in your jurisdiction. Conduct your own research before proceeding.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the Service to create tokens intended to defraud, mislead, or harm others.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of token metadata you provide.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Create fraudulent or deceptive tokens (rug pulls, scam tokens).
• Violate intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Engage in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Circumvent or interfere with the Service's security measures.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TokenStart is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, blockchain transaction failures, smart contract bugs, or market conditions. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Blockchain Irreversibility

Transactions broadcast to the Solana blockchain are irreversible. TokenStart cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions once they are submitted. Always verify transaction details before signing.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
